Hello everyone! It's always a pleasure to share and enjoy the natural beauty of our beloved Bangladesh. I'm curious, do any of you have any special plans for Victory Day coming up? I'm thinking of visiting our local Shaheed Minar to pay respects. Would love to hear your ideas or traditions.

Hi Shafiq and everyone, those are some wonderful photos you've shared! Bangladesh is indeed incredibly beautiful. For Victory Day, it's always been a tradition in my family to celebrate the day with a moment of silence to remember the sacrifices made. I might not be in Bangladesh, but the spirit of the day resonates with me here in Singapore too. Does anyone else have similar traditions or unique ways of commemorating the day?

Thanks for sharing your Victory Day tradition, Shafiq. It's touching to learn how you honor the day. Even though we're miles apart, it makes me feel connected to my roots in Bangladesh. I'd love to hear more about how everyone else celebrates this important day, whether it's through special customs, food, songs, or gatherings. Let's keep this thread going!

Absolutely, Shafiq! The serene view from your balcony in Bogura is truly mesmerising. Here in Singapore, I try to create a little piece of Bangladesh at home for Victory Day. I usually cook some traditional Bangladeshi dishes and invite some friends over. It's a small gesture, but it helps keep the spirit of the day alive. Would love to hear more about how you all celebrate in your own unique ways!

It's always heartwarming to read about how everyone keeps the spirit of Victory Day alive, even if we're not physically in Bangladesh. I'm particularly interested in the various traditional dishes that you all prepare. It's a wonderful way to bond over our shared cultural heritage. So, what's everyone's favorite Victory Day dish? Mine has to be Pitha, a traditional Bangladeshi sweet treat. I've been perfecting my recipe over the years here in Singapore. Would love to hear about your favorites too!
