Hello everyone! It's great to see so many people interested in Korea. I'm from Tokyo, and I'm really fascinated by Korean culture, especially the food. Marcela, if you get a chance to try spicy food there, don't miss out on Kimchi and Tteokbokki. They're my personal favorites!

Hello Karil and everyone! Absolutely agree with you about the food. The flavors of Korean cuisine are indeed fascinating. Marcela, apart from Kimchi and Tteokbokki, I would also recommend Bibimbap and Japchae if you like a mix of veggies and meat. Also, as an Indian, I find Korean spice levels quite manageable and enjoyable. Looking forward to more discussions about Korea!

Hello Nupur! It's nice to hear your thoughts on Korean cuisine. I couldn't agree more about Bibimbap and Japchae, both are delicious dishes with a wonderful mix of flavors. It's interesting to hear that as an Indian, you find Korean spice levels manageable. I've always been curious about how different cultures perceive spice levels. And indeed, looking forward to more engaging discussions about Korea!

Hello everyone! Nupur and Karil, I loved your suggestions about Korean cuisine. Marcela, I am from Tokyo and have had the pleasure of trying Korean food several times. One thing I can add is that the street food in Korea is also worth exploring. From Hotteok (sweet pancakes) to Odeng (fish cake), there's so much to taste. The spice levels can be high, but it's part of the experience! Let's continue to share our love for Korean culture and food.

Hello everyone, Michi here from Tokyo! I'm thrilled to see such an engaging discussion about Korean food, one of my favorites too. Nari, I couldn't agree more about the street food in Korea, it's truly an experience not to be missed. Marcela, when you do get to visit, I also recommend trying Samgyeopsal, Korean grilled pork belly. It's a popular dish often enjoyed with friends over drinks. And if you're adventurous, do give Soju, a traditional Korean spirit, a try. It goes very well with the spicy food. Let's keep the conversation going and continue exploring and sharing about the wonderful Korean culture!

Hello everyone, jh here from Inch’ŏn! It's great to see such enthusiasm for Korean food and culture. Marcela, along with the fantastic dishes suggested by everyone, don't forget to try Sundubu-jjigae, a hot and spicy stew made with silky soft tofu, seafood, and pork. It's a comfort food for many Koreans, especially in the cold season. Also, if you're fond of sweets, do try Bingsu, a popular Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings. And about the spicy food, don't worry, there are plenty of dishes with varying levels of spice, so you can definitely find something that suits your palate. Looking forward to more discussions about our beautiful Korea!
