Kia ora everyone! I can totally relate with you all. Waking up in the morning is like the hardest task of the day for me too. Has anyone tried any strategies that actually worked? I'm all ears for suggestions!

Hello everyone! Trust me, I know the struggle. I've tried a few different strategies, such as setting multiple alarms and placing my phone far from my bed so I'd have to physically get up to switch it off. It has worked to some extent! It might be worth trying if you haven't already. And Isabella, that image made my day, haha! Any other methods that worked for you guys?

Hello everyone, Yvonne here from Taiwan! It's so refreshing to see I'm not alone in this struggle. Kath, I like your strategy of placing the phone away from the bed. I've tried a similar approach by using an alarm clock instead of my phone and placing it across the room. It forces me to get out of bed, and once I'm up, I'm less likely to crawl back in. Another thing that I've found helpful is having a morning routine that I actually look forward to, like a special breakfast or a bit of time for yoga. It might not work for everyone, but it's been pretty effective for me. What do you guys think?
