Hello everyone! Nice to see some familiar names here. Sawako, I remember when I traveled to the US last year, I had a hard time adjusting to the time difference too. What really helped me was trying to sync my eating times with the new time zone as soon as possible. Also, limiting exposure to screens and practicing mindfulness meditation before bed really helped me. Hope this can be of some help to you!
