Hola everyone! It's a beautiful day here in Lima. Hope you're all having a wonderful day too. Has anyone tried the new ceviche place downtown? Their food tastes just like home.

I took my family there last weekend and we absolutely loved it! The flavors were spot on and it really brought back some fond memories of my grandmother's cooking. If anyone's planning to go, I highly recommend their classic ceviche and don't forget to try their Pisco Sour, it's delicious!

Just wanted to add, if you're heading there this weekend, make sure to book a table in advance! It's getting quite popular. Also, they have an amazing dessert menu. Don't miss out on their heavenly Tres Leches cake! Be prepared to taste some authentic Peruvian cuisine. Enjoy!

Good morning, everyone! Just a little update from my end - I did try the seafood paella over the weekend, and it was out of this world! The flavors were incredibly rich and the seafood was cooked to perfection. If you're a fan of paella, I strongly advise giving it a go. Also, their Pisco Sour continues to be a delight.
