Terms of Service

Welcome to Flazle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flazle website, application, and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Seventh Data Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Japan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flazle. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Account

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. What Flazle does

Flazle transforms your uploaded photos into anime-style avatars using AI and helps you discover and message other users who have mutually liked each other. The Service includes free features and optional paid subscription tiers.

4. Your content and AI transformation

You retain ownership of the photos and messages you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Seventh Data Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store it, display the derived anime avatar to other users, and transmit it to our AI processor (Google Gemini) solely to generate the avatar. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (except for content already shared with another user via chat).

You warrant that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or use someone else's photo.
• Upload photos of minors, non-consensual imagery, or explicit content.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional material.
• Post illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or re-distribute the Service or its content.
• Attempt to break, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Meet or arrange to meet minors through the Service.

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Paid subscriptions

• Paid tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP) are billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law (including Japan's Specified Commercial Transaction Act where applicable), fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your profile becomes inaccessible; data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. No offline meetings facilitated

Flazle is an online service. Any decision to meet another user in person is solely your own responsibility. Use reasonable caution, meet in public, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.

9. Intellectual property

The Flazle name, logo, and service design are trademarks of Seventh Data Inc. You may not use them without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not verify the identity of users and make no warranty about matches, interactions, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seventh Data Inc.'s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) JPY 10,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seventh Data Inc. from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
